The Nursing Operations Manager at Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital is responsible for overseeing patient flow and ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about supporting the growth and development of nursing staff while enhancing patient care.

• Identify and ensure appropriate placement and expedition of all patient flow transactions.
• Address significant patient issues throughout the hospital and communicate with relevant leaders.
• Handle staffing needs and make modifications to ensure equitable staffing arrangements.
• Manage the patient experience to optimize resources for a safe and efficient environment.
• Monitor and adhere to the annual hospital operating budget.
• Approve or monitor expenditures and purchases to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Experience:
  • Three years of experience in an acute care setting required
  • One year of management experience preferred
  • Critical care experience (ICU or ED) preferred
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
