Champion Creek is a SNF with 99 PRIVATE SUITES in Medina, OH. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. We all work as a team as it is never about the role and always about the goal! We take pride in having an open-door policy and an Administration that will help on the floor whenever needed.

This position gives you the opportunity to expand, grow and make a difference. Prior long-term care and wound experience is a plus!
