Cornerstone Counseling is growing, and we’re looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team!

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically driven Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and quality of life.

About the Position

As a PMHNP with Cornerstone Counseling, you will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing mental health treatment to clients across a variety of clinical needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions
• Provide medication management and monitor treatment response
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Participate in treatment planning and coordination of services

What We’re Looking For

• Current PMHNP certification and Ohio licensure
• Prescriptive authority in Ohio
• Experience providing psychiatric assessment and medication management preferred
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists and other providers
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care

Compensation

This position is a 1099 competitive percentage base. Based on experience, percentage compensation is subject to negotiation.
