As an EHS Assistant, you’ll support the EHS Manager in a fast-paced, industrial setting. You’ll collaborate closely with the safety team to ensure compliance, conduct inspections, and manage critical safety data. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to grow their knowledge in environmental health and safety practices.

• Maintain and track lockout documentation of equipment and machinery
• Perform routine facility walkthroughs to identify fire, safety, and compliance concerns
• Assist with organizing, updating, and recording Safety Data Sheet information
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing plant safety initiatives
• Work with employees and internal teams to reinforce workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and actively develop knowledge of EHS practices
• Bring educational training in Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, or a related field, when applicable
• Communicate effectively while staying organized and managing competing priorities
• Maintain close attention to detail and consistently follow established safety procedures and guidelines
