Target - Up to $24.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and prioritizing the guest experience.;
Greet guests and assist with their needs, solving issues and communicating current promos and store activities.;
Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the total store and Target App; assist with loyalty sign-up.;
Scan and bag items efficiently, maintain accuracy, minimize guest wait time, and support returns and drive-up/pick-up processes.;
Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours; uphold safety and compliance.
