Customer Service Representative (02694) – 1209 N. Court St.

You will provide excellent customer service, process orders, handle cash transactions, and prepare products in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery for daily use
• Prepare product
• Receive and process customer orders
• Complete inventory and associated paperwork
• Maintain a clean restaurant facility
• Successfully complete required training and job orientation
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Professionally communicate verbally with customers and staff in person and by phone
• Calculate basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately
• Ensure accuracy in money handling
• Rapid, accurate hand‑eye coordination
• Basic computer knowledge for order entry and administrative duties as needed

• Varying and adverse weather when performing outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36–90°F
• Sudden changes in temperature from work area to outside
• Fumes from food odors
• Exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped working quarters in some areas
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Speaking and hearing clearly when communicating with others

• Stoip, bend, crouch, squat, and reach to access products and prepare food
• Extended use of hands to manipulate dough and use necessary equipment

CSR’s must be at least 16 years of age. Upon turning 18, CSR may also be required to prepare food as well as take orders and process cash register transactions.
