Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K - 302 South Court Street - Responsibilities:
Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner;
Rings up all sales on cash register properly and accurately, handling money, checks, and other types of payment;
Maintains the store facility’s condition and equipment to Company and/or brand standards by cleaning and performing housekeeping duties;
Receives and verifies vendor deliveries and maintains adequate stock throughout the store;
Supervises the activities of customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager
