Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
Up to 28 hours/week

Working as Part-time National Accounts Sales Support PT, you will assist in analyzing sales trends, margin improvements, and marketing.

• Assisting the sales force with establishing new accounts
• Supporting Fastenal branches with these accounts, including pricing, order processing and billing issues
• Providing reports to customers and sales people on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Developing and enhancing current customer relationships through problem solving and issue resolution
• Coordinating projects with the National Accounts Team, other departments and Fastenal's Branches

• Possess or are working towards a business related degree OR have administrative or customer service work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Work independently as well as in a team environment

• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
• Pass a background check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location
