Role Description
As a Solutions Advisor, you are the face of our organization, and the first point of contact for our valued partners. In this role, under the direction of the Director of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for initiating, developing and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
You will drive sales efforts by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to closing.
A successful Solutions Advisor will be a fearless communicator, unphased by uncomfortable conversations, with a strong understanding of the products and services we offer and how they deliver actionable business outcomes to the organizations we serve. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills, along with the ability to think and learn ‘on the fly’ when interacting with prospects and partners.
Qualifications- Must be within daily commutable distance to Medina, OH 44256
- 4+ years of previous sales or service experience in IT consulting, hardware, software or services
- Technical understanding of IT solutions and how various industries consume them
- Must be internally motivated, resilient, and driven to always be their best
- Must be coachable and open-minded to new and innovative ideas
- Understands and can leverage company technology throughout the sales cycle
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Has outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Understands and can execute sales tactics and methods
The estimated on target earnings range for this role is listed below. On target earnings for this role is a combination of base salary, commission, incentives and benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commission. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
