MIELKE Mechanical Holdings, Inc. is currently searching for a full-time HVAC Service Account Manager t to join their team in Columbus, Ohio! The HVAC Service Account Manageris responsible for helping MIELKE obtain brand recognition, increase sales opportunities and customer growth through Account touchpoints.

• Meet deadlines
• Work successfully with limited supervision
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Have a quick learning curve

• Obtain meetings with existing to renew existing Service Agreements, sell repair work, and project replacement work.
• Meetings can be in-person or remote utilizing Teams, Zoom, etc.
• Customers will be assigned by MIELKE but maintained by the Account Manager.
• Establish a plan then execute the plan to hit Revenue and Gross Margin goals yearly.
• New Project opportunities and any opportunity larger than $25,000 is to be discussed with Service Leadership for the best strategy to secure the work.
• Utilize customers for referral opportunities.
• Complete monthly quoting/sales reporting via MIELKE portal.
• Build rapport and productive working relationships with customers, vendors, co-workers and other outside contacts.
