Baths R Us is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Assistant Inside Sales Manager to support our Inside Sales team. This is a hands‑on role combining appointment confirmation, cancellation retention, appointment setting, and team leadership.

You will work directly with customers while also helping support and oversee the Inside Sales team when the Inside Sales Manager is unavailable.

• Confirm and qualify scheduled customer appointments.
• Review appointments for accuracy and ensure they meet company qualification standards.
• Handle customers who want to cancel and use objection-handling techniques to retain or reschedule qualified appointments.
• Make inbound and outbound calls to set new appointments.
• Help coach and support Inside Sales team members.
• Monitor appointment quality, call activity, and team performance.
• Assist with customer escalations and difficult calls.
• Help ensure the team follows established scripts, processes, and expectations.
• Provide leadership and direction when the Inside Sales Manager is unavailable.
• Accurately document customer conversations and appointment outcomes.
• Help drive confirmation rates, appointment retention, appointment setting, and overall team performance.

• Inside sales, call center, appointment-setting, or similar sales experience.
• Leadership, team lead, or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Confident handling objections and saving cancellations.
• Sales-minded, competitive, and comfortable working toward performance goals.
• Ability to coach and motivate others while also actively working leads and appointments.
• Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus.
