Summary

MDG Flooring America – Kiba Studios is seeking skilled LVP Subcontractor Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience installing luxury vinyl plank flooring in both glue‑down and click‑together formats. Candidates must understand floor tolerance, be able to flatten subfloors, and perform necessary patchwork to achieve flawless installations. We are looking for professionals who are detail‑oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Locations are in North Olmsted, Medina, and Akron. Installers will be required to travel in and around these areas.

Subcontractor position paid by piece work (rate varies by project type and scope).

• Install LVP flooring using both glue‑down and click‑together methods.
• Assess and correct floor tolerance issues prior to installation.
• Flatten subfloors and complete necessary patchwork for smooth installation.
• Perform precise layouts and cuts to ensure clean, professional results.
• Maintain daily and final cleanup of the job site to company standards.
• Ensure safe, organized, and efficient work practices at all times.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients.

• Proven experience installing luxury vinyl plank flooring.
• Knowledge of glue‑down and click‑together installation methods.
• Strong understanding of tolerance, subfloor flattening, and patchwork requirements.
• Reliable transportation and own set of professional tools.
• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of hauling materials.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must carry active business insurance and vehicle insurance.
