Maintenance Technician III

As a Maintenance Technician III you will need to be a skilled craftsman in at least 2—3 of the following trades and be able to perform limited work in all:

• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Refrigeration
• Steam Pipe Fitting
• Water Treatment
• Finish Plaster
• Carpentry, Masonry, cement/brick block
• Finish painting, floor/wall tile, wall paper
• Communication and electronic equipment

Also required to provide material list per project and purchase at a competitive price, instruct/education subordinate personnel.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Appropriate certifications and/or licenses as required by state or federal regulatory agencies for the skilled trade(s) held by the individual.
