MIELKE Mechanical Holdings, Inc. is currently searching for a full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Tampa, Florida!

• Monday to Friday
• Full time
• 8AM – 5PM

• 8-10 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Must be able to work on chillers and boilers.
• Completion of trade/vocational school or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Familiarity with maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostic service on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot a variety of HVAC issues efficiently and effectively.
• Complete repair work on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more.
• Ensure systems are operating at peak performance through detailed testing, adjustments, and performance analysis.
• Communicate clearly with clients about system issues, repair options, and recommended solutions.
• Document all service activities, materials used, and system conditions in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle, while adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
• Support long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
