Senior HVAC Service Technician
Tampa, FL
MIELKE Mechanical Holdings, Inc. is currently searching for a full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Tampa, Florida!

- Monday to Friday
- Full time
- 8AM – 5PM
- 8-10 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Must be able to work on chillers and boilers.
- Completion of trade/vocational school or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Familiarity with maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostic service on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot a variety of HVAC issues efficiently and effectively.
- Complete repair work on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more.
- Ensure systems are operating at peak performance through detailed testing, adjustments, and performance analysis.
- Communicate clearly with clients about system issues, repair options, and recommended solutions.
- Document all service activities, materials used, and system conditions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle, while adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Support long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
