At Sandridge Crafted Foods, our Maintenance Technicians are the backbone of our operation. You'll play a critical role in keeping our food manufacturing equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably while helping produce the high-quality products found in grocery stores across the country.

What You'll DoAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll help maximize equipment uptime while supporting production, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
- Install, repair, and adjust motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, sensors, and production equipment
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
- Work closely with Production to quickly resolve equipment issues and improve machine reliability
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation using our CMMS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and work environment
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, continuous improvement, and capital projects
- Follow all food safety, GMP, SQF, and workplace safety standards
We're interested in candidates with experience in:
- Manufacturing Maintenance
- Mechanical Maintenance
- Electrical Maintenance
- Maintenance Technician
- Millwright
- Automation Maintenance
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- PLC and HMI troubleshooting experience
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
- Welding and fabrication experience (TIG preferred)
- Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, pumps, and industrial controls
- Ability to safely work with electrical systems up to 480V three-phase
- Experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not required
This is an active maintenance position requiring the ability to:
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in production areas throughout the shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Work in refrigerated, wet, and manufacturing environments
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic equipment
- Participate in overtime or emergency repairs when needed
