Kraft Werks is a privately owned company located in Medina, Ohio in need of an experienced maintenance technician to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking professional who will be able to meet challenges and surpass customer expectations. A successful candidate will have ample opportunity for growth within role.
Responsibilities- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Utilize ohmmeters, logic controllers, and other diagnostic tools to assess problems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Familiarity with logic controllers and diagnostic tools a plus
- Experience with day to day operations in a fabrication/welding/machining/manufacturing environment
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience with plant and equipment maintenance required
- Valid driver license and ability to operate company vehicles
- 2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment preferred
