Our residential install department is growing fast, and we need skilled lead installers to grow with it. If you take pride in clean, callback-free work, we want to talk to you.

You will lead the installation of replacement equipment, get the job done on schedule, and hold a standard of workmanship that gets you minimal callbacks. The goal is simple: do work so good our customers point it out to their neighbors.

• Hourly pay up to $50.00, with your starting rate set by your experience and skill

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience as a lead installer
• EPA Universal Certification
