Due to continued growth we are currently accepting applications for Truck Driver CDL A Delivery Driver to work in Medina, OH.

Annual salary range is $70,000 to $75,000 per year, which includes:

• Activity-based pay including miles, trips, stops, detention rate, etc.
• $5,000 Sign-on and Retention Bonus: $2,500 after 90 days, $2,500 after 1 year
• $3,000 Referral Bonus- payable after 90 days of employment
• Routes are typically  miles per week.
• Typical work days are up to 12 hours.
• Weekly paychecks via direct deposit
• Quarterly Driver Bonus—achieving specific safety targets

Eligibility begins after 60 days of employment

• Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed.
• Start times vary, typically between 3:00am-6:00am.
• Assigned routes cover MI, OH, IN primarily, with occasional runs to KY, PA, WV, MD, VA, NC.
• Average 3-6 stops per day, depending on route.
• Some layovers possible; typically 0-3 per week, depending on route.
• Must be flexible with work schedule and route assignments.

• Transport and deliver company products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
• Deliver and pick up raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable.
• Operate safely and strictly within all Company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• For some regional driver positions, overnight trips may be required several times throughout the work week during the month. Drivers on local routes will be home every night.
• Delivering and unloading mattresses to warehouses and retail/end users.
• Some Dock deliveries, driver assist unload; move mattresses by hand to end of trailer only. Some drop/hook, some customer unload.
• Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
• Reporting maintenance/repair issues on trucks and/or equipment.

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Safe driving record.
• Minimum of 12 months of CDL A tractor-trailer experience, preferably within the previous three years.
• Experience with electronic, on-boarding recordkeeping systems.
• Experience working in customer-facing roles.
• Previous touch freight experience preferred.
• Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical.
• Be in good physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
• Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Be able to lift, push, pull 75 pounds with no assistance.
