We have an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and optimize warehouse processes.
Work hours are from7 a.m. to3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Manage warehouse staff, maintain system data integrity, and coordinate with customer service, marketing, sales, and finance teams using NetSuiteERP
- Ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, transfer, and organization of products to designated program areas for distribution in collaboration with program staff
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Process items receipts, transfer, and fulfillment transactions inNetSuiteERP
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy within the system
- Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Generate inventory stock movement and performance reports
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Support audits by providing accurate system reports and documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
