Warehouse Manager

Baths R Us is currently seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Managerto oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facilities. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, managing inventory, supervising warehouse personnel, and ensuring all warehouse locations remain clean, safe, and organized.

This position plays a critical role in supporting our installation and operations teams by ensuring materials are properly received, stored, staged, and delivered for projects. This role also requires travel between warehouse and project locations as needed.

• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records within the company CRM system for all locations
• Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout all warehouse locations, including storage and staging of materials for projects
• Accept, verify, inspect, and document all incoming deliveries
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of parts and materials across all warehouses
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of warehouse facilities
• Supervise and oversee warehouse personnel and daily warehouse activities
• Ensure warehouse safety procedures and company policies are followed
• Transport materials and supplies between warehouse locations as needed
• Travel between warehouse, showroom, and project locations as required
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and project materials
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with inventory control processes

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of warehouse operations, policies, and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound inventory decisions
• Experience driving a box truck required
• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Willingness and ability to travel between locations as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of four years of warehouse experience required
• Previous leadership or warehouse management experience preferred
• Experience using inventory management or CRM systems preferred

• Must be able to perform physical warehouse duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions and environments
