Job Summary

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Medina, OH. As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll play an important role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, packed, and shipped while helping keep warehouse operations running efficiently.

As a Warehouse Worker, your daily responsibilities may include:

• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
• Labeling, sorting, and staging inventory
• Performing quality checks to ensure order accuracy
• Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if applicable)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Assisting with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
