Medina, OH | Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Pay: $17.50/hr + Quarterly Bonus

Are you a customer-focused warehouse pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Wolff Bros. Supply - one of the nation's largest independent distributors of Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC supplies is looking for a Will Call Associate to join our Medina team. In this dual-impact role, you’ll be the face of our service counter while keeping back-of-house operations running seamlessly.

• Deliver Top-Tier Service:
  Welcome local contractors and customers at the Will Call counter, ensuring they get the exact products and order details they need.
• Order Fulfillment & Staging:
  Pull, verify, and stage products for onsite pickups, route deliveries, and high-bay storage.
• Communication & Coordination:
  Work directly with sales reps and customers to resolve order questions, process cancellations/voids, and route phone calls using our multi-line system.
• Maintain Equipment & Space:
  Learn to operate a tow motor, maintain inventory organization, order supplies, and keep work zones clean and safe.

• Required Experience:
  
  Proven experience combining both warehouse operations and direct customer service.
• Physical Readiness:
  High School Diploma/GED required. Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs (and occasionally up to 80 lbs), wear steel-toe boots, and work comfortably in dynamic warehouse settings.
• Skillset:
  Strong attention to detail, solid phone etiquette, and a continuous-learning mindset.
