As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a working superintendent role. While you will lead, coordinate, and manage the jobsite, you must also be willing to step in and assist with hands‑on work when necessary to keep projects moving.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Coordination
  • Own the success of assigned projects through strong leadership and accountability
  • Lead subcontractors and field crews with clear communication and expectations
  • Maintain professional client interactions and jobsite presence
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions
Project Execution & Oversight
  • Review plans, specs, contracts, and code requirements for full compliance
  • Manage schedules, sequencing, and daily jobsite logistics
  • Track RFIs, change orders, progress, and field documentation
  • Coordinate trades to ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays
Financial & Operational Control
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain budget awareness and cost control
  • Support change order management and value engineering in the field
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency without sacrificing quality
Safety, Permits & Compliance
  • Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite at all times
Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of construction experience with proven success in a Superintendent or similar leadership role
  • Experience in both commercial and high-end residential construction preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Comfortable using Job Tread, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, and basic project tracking tools
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Professional demeanor with clients and trades
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle (mileage reimbursed; no company vehicles)
  • Willingness to travel between job sites (often up to 1.5‑2 hours from Medway; occasional out‑of‑state travel possible)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to obtain a CSL if not currently licensed
  • OSHA/First Aid a plus (can be obtained after hire)
Pay & Benefits
  • Full‑time, W‑2 employment
  • Pay: $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience and capability
  • Mileage reimbursement per company policy for inter‑site travel
