CNA/HHA/PCA - $20 to $23/Hour - Flexible Shifts
SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Medway, MA
. This is an opportunity for compassionate caregivers who want dependable weekly pay, flexible shift options, and rewarding work helping clients remain safe and independent at home.
- $20 to $23 per hour

- Urgent hiring needs
Provide dependable in-home support tailored to each client’s needs. Depending on the assignment, you may assist with:
- Personal care and activities of daily living
- Mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
- Daily routines and other non-medical needs
- Following care plans and communicating client concerns
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
