• Execute rough and finish carpentry with precision and attention to detail
• Perform framing, trim, millwork, doors, windows, cabinetry, and specialty installations
• Read and interpret architectural and structural plans to ensure accurate execution
• Identify and solve field issues proactively to keep projects moving forward
• Maintain a steady, efficient pace without sacrificing quality
• Keep work areas organized, safe, and free of unnecessary waste or delays
• Collaborate with Site Superintendents, PMs, and other trades for smooth coordination
• Follow project timelines and adapt to changing job-site needs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain tools/equipment in proper working condition
• Comply with building codes and company standards at all times

• 5 to 10 or more years of carpentry experience preferred (strong mid-level candidates considered)
• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and technical documents
• Skilled with hand and power tools; safe, efficient operator
• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in the field
• Clear communication and strong teamwork
• Pride in craftsmanship and a mindset for continuous improvement
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (no company vehicles; mileage reimbursement provided)
• Truck and personal tools are strongly preferred
• Ability to travel between job sites across MA and occasional RI
• Physically able to perform demanding carpentry work
• English required;
  Spanish or Portuguese is a plus (Portuguese preferred)
• OSHA/First Aid a plus (not required; can be obtained after hire)

• Full-time, W-2 employment.
• Pay: $25 to $40/hour, based on experience and skill level
