* Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes

* Process cash and credit card transactions

* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

* Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously

* Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude

* Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

* Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

* Previous customer service or food service experience (a plus)
