The range for this role is $52,000.00 - $71,000.00
. Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's work location, skills/abilities, experience, and education. Interested applicants must be willing and able to work onsite full time in our Melbourne, FL office.

The JobThe Reconciliation Analyst supports the Member Billing & New Joiner Billing Finance team by proficiently performing complex accounting functions such as reconciliation of large general ledger accounts, individual sharing accounts, analysis of account discrepancies, creating journal entries, identifying process improvements and assisting with various cash management tasks to ensure accurate and timely monthly billing for Medi-Share and performing timely & accurate bank reconciliations.
EssentialJob Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide analysis and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts and transaction anomalies
- Perform analysis and reconciliation of member sharing account transactions and balances
- Analyze the Member Sharing Exchange (MSE) tool, billing systems, bank accounts and daily reports to ensure funds are flowing to the banks as expected
- Perform verification of member balances and closing of accounts
- Prepare journal entries
- Identify areas of improvement and inefficiencies, analyze current workflows, and develop strategies to optimize processes
- Collaborate with other departments, banking institutions and vendors to ensure billing & bank balance accuracy
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner
- Adhere to all CCM compliance requirements, policy, and procedures
- Contribute to the exercise and expression of Christian Care Ministry’s beliefs
- Assist with other related tasks and other duties as assigned
- Strong Analytical and Problem solving— ability to gather and analyze information skillfully using varies systems; identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Strong computer skills – ability to access, research, use, and maximize CRM and varies billing systems and Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
