Job Details

Our company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting Services team. This role is integral to our financial operations and requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, superior data entry skills, and a strong understanding of sales orders and system reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Processing and managing sales orders, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained.

Performing data entry tasks relating to customer information and financial transactions.

Matching and reconciling systems to ensure accuracy and consistency across all financial data.

Analyzing financial data and reports, identifying discrepancies, and providing solutions to rectify any issues.

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure all financial aspects of sales orders are correctly managed.

Participating in financial audits and implementing recommendations for improving financial procedures and systems.

Providing consulting services to clients on accounting matters, offering expert advice and solutions to improve their financial management.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Tech Services industry.

Strong data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using accounting software and other related systems.

Experience in processing sales orders and managing customer data.

Proven ability to match and reconcile complex financial systems.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies in financial data and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide consulting services and interact effectively with clients and team members.

A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
