• Daily bank reconciliations
• Oversee office staff
• Posting journal entries
• G/L account & schedule reconciliations
• Dealer reserve statements and posting fundings
• Assist with retail billing, wholesale billing, vehicle payoffs
• Daily parts & service cash sales account reconciliation
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements
• Other duties as assigned

• Prior auto dealership experience
• Reynolds & Reynolds (ERAccess and Ignite) accounting software experience
• Experience with account & schedule reconciliations
• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Valid driver's license
