We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join the Vision Systems Business unit, to provide office administrative support to employees and managers on site.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to our employees and managers on-site.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and follow-up customers' calls.
- Support managers in scheduling meetings and interviews
- Logistics tasks and overseeing office services such as deliveries, documentation, mail, parking, etc. Including Bank and post office runs.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Scanning & copying.
- Support HR in welfare-related issues and prepare onboarding for new employees.
- Updates employees' training records and certifications in employee records.
- Accounting support- filing invoices, checking suppliers' invoices, and following up with suppliers if necessary, checking payment deadlines, etc.
- Organizing travels and visits
- Creating invitation letters for business trips, hotels, and car rental booking, ordering catering for customers, and preparing meeting rooms. - Other related duties as assigned.
- 1+ years in an administrative position
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Service-oriented
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Must be able to multitask
- Experience with working within a small team and prioritizing own workload
