Adecco is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Secretary to provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support in a busy office environment. This position supports multiple principals and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks at once.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Word
  • Answer phones, take messages, and route calls appropriately
  • Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage calendars using Outlook
  • Arrange travel for staff, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Operate standard office equipment, including fax machines
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office
  • Microsoft Office Professional
  • Adobe Acrobat Professional

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
