In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, answering phone calls, greeting guests as they enter the showroom, taking messages, and assisting with various administrative tasks. - Greet customers, vendors, and guests with a warm and helpful attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, providing accurate information and efficiently routing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document scanning, and maintaining organized records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes, ensuring prompt and accurate distribution.
- Support the sales and service teams by scheduling appointments, updating customer information, and assisting with paperwork as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to uphold the dealership’s professional image.
- Handle additional duties as assigned to support daily dealership operations.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer‑first mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass pre‑employment screening.
