Overview
No Limits Academy is a Christian school that specializes in educating children with complex physical disabilities. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the school through administrative leadership, human resources coordination, financial organization, compliance support, and operational management. This role maintains an organized, professional, and Christ-centered environment for students, families, and staff.
Responsibilities- Support daily administrative and operational functions of the school.
- Assist with employee call-outs, scheduling adjustments, and immediate operational needs as necessary.
- Manage and maintain the company’s Bamboo
HR system including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, time tracking, and training records. - Pre-screen prospective employees and coordinate interviews with administration.
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes including fingerprinting, contracts, email setup, and company property assignments.
- Maintain employee records and assist with evaluations and compliance documentation.
- Manage bookkeeping functions including receipt tracking, payroll preparation, donation tracking, petty cash, and financial organization.
- Utilize Quick Books for financial reporting, account tracking, and reconciliation support.
- Coordinate and assist with monthly budget meetings and financial documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for employee and student records.
- Assist with student enrollment, retention, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate and maintain student compliance paperwork, attendance records, and medication documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, spreadsheets, meeting agendas, and additional organizational documents.
- Manage office inventory, purchasing, and organizational supplies.
- Manage onsite technology including laptops, printers, SMART Boards, iPads, and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for school technology and equipment.
- Update and maintain the company website with accurate information.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, student, financial, and organizational information.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to support the mission and daily success of No Limits Academy.
- Promote the values of Christ in interactions with students, families, and fellow employees.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
Experience with Bamboo
HR, Quick Books, or similar organizational systems is preferred. Experience working in educational settings and/or with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
Required Level II Background clearance required.
Physical DemandsMonday – Friday, year-round position. 7:30 am–4:00 pm.
