Warranty Administrator

Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team in Melbourne, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of automotive warranty processes.

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with manufacturers and service departments to resolve warranty issues.
• Maintain thorough records of all warranty transactions and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with parts and service departments to verify warranty work.
• Assist in auditing warranty claims to reduce errors and maximize reimbursement.

• Previous experience in warranty administration, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and warranty management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep warranty processes is a plus.
