Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services;
Delivery Operations Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers;
Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules;
Cash & Charge Transactions Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies;
Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly
