Harris is looking for a Network Operations Metrics Coordinator who will support a large nationwide customer. This individual will be a key member of the Network Operations Control Center (NOCC) that supports mission critical programs. The Metrics Coordinator will be part of the Operations Metrics, Reporting and Continuous Improvement team, responsible for the preparation and delivery of operations daily and monthly reports.
Applicants may need to obtain a security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
Essential Functions- Reviews all operations service trouble ticket data on a daily basis to ensure accuracy prior to distribution of the daily report.
- Performs database push for maintenance requests and PTR reports daily.
- Reviews trouble tickets for the Weekly and Monthly "Over Service Level Agreement" (SLA) Reports.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed.
- Analyzes data reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Participates in projects and other tasks assigned.
- Coordinates continuous improvement initiative ideas between personnel and management using established tools.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a FAA Public Trust clearance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- 1-year prior experience and understanding of Metrics principles and processes.
- 1-year prior experience producing reports.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office products
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
- Expert level experience in Microsoft Excel preferred
- Prior experience with SQL database
- Statistical and business metrics/performance analysis experience
