Associate

Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst or Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst

This position can be filled at a level A01 or level A02. It will be located at our Aeronautics Systems sector in Melbourne, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
  • Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
  • Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Basic Qualifications for an Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (A01)
  • Be completing or has completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by June 2027.
  • Be majoring in or having majored in Industrial Engineering, Communications, Education, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite) as well as Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time.
Basic Qualifications for Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (A02)
  • Be completing or has completed a Masters degree from an accredited institution by June 2027, or a completed Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience.
  • Be majoring in or having majored in Industrial Engineering, Communications, Education, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite) as well as Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
  • Previous internship/co‑op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork, capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
Pay Range
  • Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (A01): $59,900 - $89,900
  • Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (A02): $72,100 - $108,100
