Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst or Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst
This position can be filled at a level A01 or level A02. It will be located at our Aeronautics Systems sector in Melbourne, FL.
Roles and Responsibilities- Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
- Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
- Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
- Be completing or has completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by June 2027.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Industrial Engineering, Communications, Education, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite) as well as Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time.
- Be completing or has completed a Masters degree from an accredited institution by June 2027, or a completed Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Industrial Engineering, Communications, Education, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite) as well as Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time.
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
- Previous internship/co‑op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork, capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
- Associate Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (A01): $59,900 - $89,900
- Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (A02): $72,100 - $108,100
