The Electro Optical Infrared Systems (EOIS) line of business within DRS has locations in Dallas and Austin, TX, Melbourne, FL, and Cypress, CA. EOIS develops, manufactures, and supports infrared and electro-optical solutions for soldiers, ground vehicles and airborne platforms. • Drive consistent communications between planning, project accounting, and project management for consistent project Material EAC’s and Execution Charts
• Create appropriate documentation to plan material deliveries and monitor the supply chain
• Consolidate demand for purchase requisitions
• Create purchase requisitions based on the Master Production Schedule
• Create reports for distribution to program office, customer visits and management.
• Maintain manufacturing build plans on a daily basis
• Highlight critical parts and any issue, which may keep operations from meeting the MPS
• Coordinate engineering changes with purchasing and production. Ensure disposition of obsolete material
• Support, communicate and defend the mission, values and culture of the company

• Enrolled as Junior or Senior is a 4 years Bachelors program in Business Administration or currently in an MBA program, with at least a 3.0 GPA
• Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed
• The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
• Knowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skills
