We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Program Management professional to join our team and lead our Capture function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading capture efforts to secure new business opportunities, to include: gate management, conducting win strategy workshops, competitive assessment, price to win, and customer analysis. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of capture process and aerospace and defense business development.

Proven track record of shaping and winning new business.

• Lead the strategic captures for the Sector
• Collaborate and leadcross-functional teams to develop and implement capture strategies.
• Lead and participate in strategic reviews and workshops (e.g., Black Hat reviews, Win Strategy Workshops)
• Oversea Segment Capture certification program
• Manage Competitive Intelligence for the Sector
• Overseas Price to Win strategies to enhance the competitiveness of proposals
• Lead effective storyboarding and development of strategic and proposal win themes and discriminators
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead proposals in partnership with new proposal managers to teach and mentor.
• Leads critical aspects of the capture through to proposal submittal including solution development, proposal development, financial analysis, bid backage, through formal approvals in partnership with the P&L leader and functional areas.

• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance

• Bachelor's Degree with 15 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 13 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.

• Track record of successful capture management with a focus on winning executable programs
• Extensive experience leading and managing capture and change within large, complex systems.
• Familiarity with Black Hats, Win Strategy Workshops, and the Capture Gate Process
• Strong understanding of different contracting methods (IDIQ, OTA, etc) required
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive level communication
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations.
• Secret level or higher security clearance.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C.area, Denver, or NYC areas is $175,000 - $325,000.
