AsProject Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Lead all phases of project delivery including preconstruction, budgeting, execution, and turnover
- Manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously ($10M–$50M+)
- Oversee project teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, and cost controls
- Drive project profitability through forecasting, reporting, and change management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and field teams
- Review and approve schedules, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company procedures
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to support team development and career growth
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
- Track record delivering complex ground‑up projects valued at $10M–$50M+
- Experience in Multifamily, Hospitality or Industrial construction preferred
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and construction operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and related construction software
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
