Job Description
- Manage all day-to-day field operations and project site activities.
- Develop and proactively manage project schedules and look-ahead plans.
- Lead and participate in pre-construction, progress, and coordination meetings.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, field reports, safety inspection reports, weekly progress reports, schedule updates, look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate and obtain required inspections.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents and project specifications.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite.
- Monitor quality control throughout all phases of construction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage punch lists and ensure timely project closeout.
- Minimum 10+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
- Strong experience managing ground-up and/or large commercial construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a results‑driven mindset.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
