Job Description

  • Manage all day-to-day field operations and project site activities.
  • Develop and proactively manage project schedules and look-ahead plans.
  • Lead and participate in pre-construction, progress, and coordination meetings.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, field reports, safety inspection reports, weekly progress reports, schedule updates, look-ahead schedules.
  • Coordinate and obtain required inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents and project specifications.
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite.
  • Monitor quality control throughout all phases of construction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage punch lists and ensure timely project closeout.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
  • Strong experience managing ground-up and/or large commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a results‑driven mindset.
  • OSHA 30 Certification required.
