• Lead day-to-day field operations, coordination, and supervision on assigned commercial/healthcare construction projects
• Direct subcontractor activities and lead daily coordination meetings to keep projects on schedule
• Develop and manage three-week look-ahead schedules and proactively address field issues and delays
• Generate RFIs, coordinate procurement, and secure required inspections and regulatory approvals
• Champion jobsite safety culture; conduct routine safety observations and ensure OSHA compliance
• Oversee quality control, punch list completion, and project closeout/turnover
• Maintain project documentation (daily/field/safety reports, manpower reports, progress reports)
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel; support onboarding and team development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Support constructability reviews, preconstruction planning, and project pursuits as needed
