Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Job Details
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and procurement activities
  • Develop subcontractor scopes, lead buyout/award process, and negotiate subcontracts and change orders
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and monthly financial forecasts and reports
  • Identify and mitigate project risks affecting cost, schedule, quality, and safety
  • Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Partner with Superintendents to resolve field challenges, schedule concerns, and quality issues
  • Oversee project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers and support staffing plans
  • Support business development and repeat-client relationship building
