• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor bids for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Prepare and distribute subcontractor bid packages; maintain bid schedules and estimating documentation
• Identify scope gaps, conflicts, and risks; develop RFIs and clarifications to support accurate pricing
• Perform bid-day analysis, subcontractor leveling, and scope comparison
• Identify value engineering opportunities that support project goals and client objectives
• Facilitate organized project turnover to Project Management and Operations teams
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners
• Stay current on market conditions, material pricing trends, and subcontractor availability
