WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from agents and policyholders in a fast‑paced call center environment.
  • Provide accurate information on policies, billing, payments, and underwriting processes.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to research and resolve inquiries.
  • Assist with quotes, policy changes, and documentation using our paperless technology systems.
  • Learn and apply underwriting guidelines and manuals to assess and process insurance risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Underwriting, Claims, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards for call quality, accuracy, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Education:
    • High‑school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience working in a call center, customer service, or insurance environment.
  • Licensing:
    • Ability to obtain a Florida Personal Lines or General Lines license (company‑supported).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Dependable, punctual, eager to learn; positive, team‑oriented attitude focused on growth and excellence.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment; lift light objects (≤ 25 lb); occasionally bend, twist, or squat to open/close cabinets or reach for files. Capacity to communicate verbally and in writing and to work a regular schedule, including extended hours as needed.
