CITON Claims Solutions in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Claims Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for policyholders during a claim. You’ll handle 40–60 inbound calls daily, gather essential information, and ensure claims are reported quickly and accurately with empathy.
You’ll input data into multiple systems, coordinate with adjusters and internal teams, and maintain clear, professional communication with customers, agents, and managing general agents.
