To build relationships with members by assisting them with their financial transactions and listening for other financial needs. Performs account maintenance and assists with products and services.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:- 55% - Welcomes the member by making eye contact and a smile. Uses the member's name during the interaction and thanks the member for their business. Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; money orders and cashiers checks to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed with complete accuracy. Gives routine account information. Performs maintenance on member accounts.
Assists members with products and services. - 35% - Interacts with the member to determine if the member would benefit from other Credit Union products and services to cross-sell with Integrity. Increases and supports utilization of self service channels.
- 5% - Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
- 5% - Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Skills:
Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal
Skills:
Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other
Skills:
Able to operate a 10 key calculator, typewriter and computer keyboard.
