GI Hospitalist

Health First Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our established GI Hospitalist practice in a growing beachside community along Floridas Space Coast. This is an employed, full-time opportunity offering a rotating 7 on / 7 off schedule with a 12-hour onsite requirement, providing consult-only coverage in close collaboration with the Adult Medicine Hospitalist Team at a single hospital.

The practice is thoughtfully supported to allow you to focus on patient care, with two dedicated GI suites staffed by experienced teams and strong daytime APP coverage, including two dedicated APPs each shift to assist with rounding and consults. Physicians can expect an average daily census of 20-30 patients and approximately 15-30 procedures per week. ERCP is required, and candidates must be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license or currently licensed in the state.
