Role OverviewWe’re seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Interventional Pain Physician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, technically proficient, and collaborative, with a passion for improving quality of life through innovative pain management. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and real growth potential across two convenient Florida locations.
Key Responsibilities- Independently perform and supervise interventional pain procedures (e.g., nerve blocks, facet injections, epidural injections, regenerative injections, spinal cord stimulation planning and follow-up, intrathecal pump management as applicable).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients, track outcomes, and participate in continuous quality improvement.
- Mentor and collaborate with mid-level providers and clinical staff; contribute to practice growth and patient access.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- MD/DO with active or pending licensure in Florida.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
- Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Medicine.
- Proficiency in ultrasound- and fluoroscopy-guided procedures; experience with spinal interventions and neuromodulation preferred.
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, team collaboration, and patient advocacy.
- Minimum 2 years of post-fellowship practice preferred (new graduates with strong fellowship training considered).
