Whythe Space Coast?
Florida’s Space Coast offers a rare combination of professional opportunity and exceptional quality of life. Stretching along the Atlantic coastline east of Orlando, the region is known for its relaxed coastal lifestyle, thriving economy, and unique connection to America’s space program.
Residents enjoy:
- Miles of beautiful beaches and year-round outdoor living
- Excellent boating, fishing, paddle boarding, surfing, and golf
- Family-friendly communities with strong public and private school options
- A growing culinary, arts, and cultural scene
- Easy access to Melbourne’s international airport
- 1 hour from Orlando’s theme parks, entertainment, and professional sports
- No state income tax
The Space Coast is also home to Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral, where rocket launches regularly light up the coastline—offering an experience unlike anywhere else in the country. Whether you prefer waterfront living, active outdoor recreation, or a quieter coastal lifestyle with convenient access to major metropolitan amenities, the Space Coast provides an outstanding environment to build both a career and a life.
